By accessing and using City Pay Hub's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our parking infrastructure firm regarding the use of our digital ticket resolution portal and construction information systems.
2. USE OF SERVICES
Our services are provided to facilitate the lookup and resolution of municipal parking violations and to provide technical insights into parking garage construction projects. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the integrity of the data.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for the accuracy of the summons numbers, license plate data, and contact information provided through the hub. Any delays or errors in ticket resolution resulting from incorrect data submission are the sole responsibility of the user.
4. PAYMENTS & BILLING
All payments processed through City Pay Hub are final once authorized. We act as a secure gateway for municipal clearinghouses. Any disputes regarding the validity of the underlying fine must be directed to the appropriate municipal authority.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
City Pay Hub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the resolution services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to municipal databases.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the portal shall be instituted in a state or federal court in New York County, New York.
